Job Summary

As a Clinical Healthcare Specialist with BJC Medical Group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our Internal Medicine clinic. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with providers and care teams to assess, develop, and implement patient care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and wellness.
* Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, evaluations, and interventions, in accordance with department protocols and compliance guidelines.
* Support providers in documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
* Educate patients and families on health-related topics, using effective communication and teaching strategies to promote health literacy and self-management skills.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in ambulatory nursing, with a focus on Internal Medicine or related specialty.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN licensure in the state of practice.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
