Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with a range of administrative and clerical functions, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Core Duties:
  1. Execute various secretarial and clerical tasks, including dictation and transcription of letters, reports, and other documents.
  2. Handle incoming calls and visitors; courteously direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  3. Manage the calendar of events, schedules, appointments, and document meeting minutes.
  4. Organize meeting logistics such as timing, location, participants, and agenda items.
  5. Maintain a centralized repository of essential documents, manuals, directives, and operational procedures; ensure proper distribution to relevant staff.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of clerical experience, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
