As a key member of our Global Talent organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our diversity and inclusion initiatives, learning and development programs, and talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of global diversity and inclusion initiatives, including programming, events, and communications.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of talent management processes, including documentation, resources, and training programs.
- Collaborate with the Global DE&I team to coordinate and communicate leadership development offerings and conferences.
- Support the preparation and communication of global days of awareness and employee resource group programs.
- Update DE&I core communications assets, including fact sheets, resources, and tools.
- Support follow-up actions from DE&I external survey responses with key stakeholder groups.
- Partner with L&D to evaluate and recommend DE&I training that evolves leaders' core capabilities.
- Maintain talent management, learning, and DE&I process documentation and resources.
- Support translation process management and learning design.
- Support talent data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate a clear understanding of subject matter and work in cross-functional teams.
- Respect for individual differences and a welcoming attitude towards diverse thinking.
