We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Talent Development Specialist. As a key member of our Global Talent organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our diversity and inclusion initiatives, learning and development programs, and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of global diversity and inclusion initiatives, including programming, events, and communications.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of talent management processes, including documentation, resources, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Global DE&I team to coordinate and communicate leadership development offerings and conferences.
  • Support the preparation and communication of global days of awareness and employee resource group programs.
  • Update DE&I core communications assets, including fact sheets, resources, and tools.
  • Support follow-up actions from DE&I external survey responses with key stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with L&D to evaluate and recommend DE&I training that evolves leaders' core capabilities.
  • Maintain talent management, learning, and DE&I process documentation and resources.
  • Support translation process management and learning design.
  • Support talent data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate a clear understanding of subject matter and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Respect for individual differences and a welcoming attitude towards diverse thinking.
