The Store Team is dedicated to delivering and upholding a high standard of customer service and friendliness, which includes our exceptional Inventory Control team.
About the Inventory Control Specialist Role:
We are seeking a well-organized and enthusiastic Inventory Control Specialist to join Bi-Mart. This role involves fostering, promoting, and delivering a high level of customer service. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management, restocking, cashier duties, and merchandise maintenance.
Daily tasks for our Inventory Control Specialist may involve providing prompt and friendly service to customers, efficiently unloading delivery trucks, and accurately managing merchandise, whether assisting customers or restocking the sales floor.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to arrive punctually with a positive and welcoming demeanor
Capacity to prioritize tasks and organize workload effectively
Skill in problem-solving and providing solutions to customers
Aptitude for engaging with and assisting a diverse range of individuals
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Experience:
Prior experience in roles such as cashier, sales associate, bagger, warehouse staff, or other retail positions is advantageous.
Experience with retail brands like Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also beneficial.

Work Schedule:
As an employee-owned organization, Bi-Mart stores operate from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday.
Hours may vary based on workload and assignments.
