Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Premier Rental-Purchase team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery and retrieval of merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of rental accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Delivery and Retrieval: Ensure timely and efficient delivery and retrieval of rented merchandise, maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory.
  • Rental Account Management: Maintain accurate records of rental accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized inventory, ensuring that merchandise is properly stored and secured.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
