We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and processing member purchases.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
- Customer Service experience, including operating a cash register and working with mobile retail applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
At Sam's Club, we offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00, as well as additional compensation in the form of premiums. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.
