About the Role

Garelick Farms, a leading dairy company and a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Merchandiser Representative to join our team. As a Sales Merchandiser Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining in-store compliance and ensuring the effective merchandising of our products within assigned geographical areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams and report any product voids.
  • Maintain ad hoc merchandising and manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and dump.
  • Execute all sales programs, including point of purchase materials, to maximize sales in each store.
  • Set new stores and perform required resets, as well as manage in-store customer fulfillment programs.
  • Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area.
  • Assist with customer service issues or complaints and complete pricing surveys as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and report any food safety and food quality-related issues to management immediately.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A company car will be provided, and the position is remote-based in the Springfield, MA area, covering Western MA, CT, and occasionally RI.
