Job Title: Loss Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loss Control Coordinator to join our team at Marshall & Sterling Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating loss control services, ensuring seamless execution of risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and CSRs to deliver Zywave training and support.
  • Edit and customize risk management documents through Zywave and internet research, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives and clients to provide specific risk management information and support.
  • Manage Marshall+Sterling Online enrollment and training with clients and prospects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare and submit Mod Master Reports, maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement marketing and education strategies through Zywave to enhance client engagement.
  • Maintain a monthly loss control blog, showcasing expertise and thought leadership.
  • Utilize Pictometry for real property valuation and Marshall & Swift for property valuations, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Conduct ISO Reports (Building Surveys) and Forklift cards, maintaining compliance.
  • Track new referrals to the loss control program and report on provided services, ensuring transparency.
  • Assist in meeting carrier loss control recommendations, ensuring alignment with agency standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Supervisor/Manager on any issues, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain professional accreditation necessary to meet agency standards, participating in continuing education programs when available.
  • Foster a positive and professional work relationship with colleagues, adhering to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
  • Adhere to workflow procedures and follow guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims, promptly reporting any incidents.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information, performing other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with proficiency in internet and email applications.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with varied projects, locations, and personnel, with a high level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new programs and procedures, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Experience with Vertafore a plus, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work effectively with others.

Marshall & Sterling Inc is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $45,000, paid on an hourly basis. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location.
