Job Title: Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at EVERSANA. As a key member of our patient support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences through telephonic service, triaging documentation, and initiating patient setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all faxes, including uploading to patient databases and assigning to the correct care team members.
  • Place outgoing and receive inbound telephone calls as necessary, routing appropriately and resolving patient issues without further escalation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of protected health information, adhering to HIPAA security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Administrative experience, including proficiency in computer-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt and successfully handle unexpected situations.
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Missouri Pharmacy Technician.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service, phone, and clerical experience.
Work Environment:

This is a largely sedentary role, requiring regular sitting and/or standing for extended periods. The employee must be able to talk or hear, type, and engage in repetitive motion, reach, and grab; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must also be able to stoop, crouch, push, pull, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This role requires mental alertness, with frequent communication, concentration, and attention to detail. The employee must be able to adjust to changes, handle stress and emotions, and think analytically. This job operates in a professional office environment, with moderate noise levels and frequent interruptions.
