Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail clients to identify their requirements, respond to inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in person and via phone by assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and nurture trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as required.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and create appealing product displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as necessary.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and available options.
  • Adhere to inventory management procedures.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience in selling paint and related products is advantageous.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
