  • Support Risk Management: Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Meet Physical Requirements: Maintain a weight of less than 300 lbs. (including clothing and backpack) to ensure compliance with weight limitations for access and egress to roof work areas and for fall protection.
Requirements
  • Commercial Construction Experience: Preferably 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA Regulations: In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Risk Management Principles: Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outdoors during normal work hours, with the physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and climbing.
