Your Role

As a part-time Sales Leader, you will play a key role in inspiring and guiding our boutique associates to enhance the customer experience and achieve business objectives. You will also oversee essential operational tasks, including the opening and closing of the boutique.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills and refine your retail expertise, including:

  • Assisting the management team in achieving business goals by optimizing daily sales strategies, enhancing performance metrics through effective sales floor leadership, and offering constructive feedback to the Boutique Team.
  • Encouraging a sales culture that prioritizes building a confident and engaged team dedicated to exceptional customer service.
  • Planning, assigning, and monitoring tasks and responsibilities while ensuring customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to serve as a bridge between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
  • Upholding and implementing company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
  • Proactively addressing challenges with creativity and independent problem-solving.

Position Requirements

  • Preferred experience in a specialty retail environment
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and autonomously
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
