Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and hearing health knowledge to clients
  • Recommend and dispense hearing instruments to fit individual needs
  • Partner with front office staff to identify innovative ways to exceed client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-leading technology and educate clients on its use
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser
  • Knowledge of a wide range of hearing instruments for adult hearing loss
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Confidence, attentiveness, empathy, and thorough critical thinking skills
