Job Title: Clinical Trainer-Hearing Medical Device Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team at Accordance Search Group. As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for training and supporting current and new customers in the Southern California market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and support customers in the use of hearing device solutions
- Develop and deliver training programs to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as an Audiologist
- Ability to travel overnight in Southern CA
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience (CRM system experience a plus)
- Currently reside in Southern California
- Clean Driving Record
What We Offer:
- Base plus bonus equating to 120K to 130K based on experience
