The Operations Specialist - Seasonal is responsible for non-systems duties such as delivering supplies/materials to offices, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with annual setup/closing of offices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform basic building maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor low-voltage electrical work.
  • Repair broken items, and notify the District Operations Coordinator for complex tasks requiring certified technicians.
  • Deliver, transfer, and set up office technology, including hardware setup.
  • Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
  • Assist with annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring offices meet brand standards.
  • Attend required training sessions.
  • Confirm office security when leaving the office after hours.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and adequate insurance.
  • Good driving record.
