Job Summary

The Clinical Therapist position at MidMichigan Health involves providing therapy and educational services to adolescent patients in the Intensive Outpatient Program. This role requires conducting group and individual therapy sessions, coordinating with the treatment team, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the program meets insurance company criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions with adolescent patients

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work
• At least 1 year of experience in delivering mental health services within the previous 5 years
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Competency in Infection Prevention and Control Practices and Policies
