Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned caseload of individuals and provide required services, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Meet unit performance measures and targets each month to ensure individuals receive necessary services and supports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or medicine.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the mental health or related field.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and a driving record acceptable to PermiaCare's insurance requirements.
  • Ability to pass criminal history and background checks, as well as a pre-employment drug screen.
  • QMHP certification within 6 months.
