About the Role:
This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining business partnerships with referral sources, promoting our Home Health services to the local healthcare community, and ensuring the mission and vision of our company are understood and carried out consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain business partnerships with referral sources.
  • Promote our Home Health services to the local healthcare community through various channels.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring the mission and vision of our company are understood and carried out consistently.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry.
  • A proven track record of being a top performer.
  • Compassionate, kind, and empathetic to patients and their families.
  • Known and respected within the community.
  • A college graduate with a Bachelor Degree focused in Marketing or Business preferred.
