We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will be tasked with welcoming guests, managing phone communications, and performing various administrative duties, many of which can be learned on the job.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing incoming phone calls.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors.
  • Handling pre-closing tasks for each file.
  • Ensuring tax certificates and surveys are properly filed.
  • Verifying that all necessary authorization documents are included.
  • Confirming legal descriptions against commitments and surveys.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and computer applications.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation may vary based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
