Luxury Brand Automotive Sales Representative

Position may be located in various locations, including Brown Deer, Waukesha, or Milwaukee.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot, facilitating a seamless sales process
- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle by utilizing current inventory information
- Enhance the sales experience by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot
- Support customers in completing their sales applications
- Collaborate with management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any issues
- Ensure the lot is merchandised effectively to maximize sales
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor, particularly when handling objections
- Strong customer service skills and sales track record
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Proficient in basic business math, including percentages
- Capable of learning and utilizing Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
- Persistent, competitive, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Focused on meeting the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Assist in maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle inventory
