Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Amato Automotive Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve monthly forecasted sales volume and sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly forecast for car sales volume
  • Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
  • Ensure salespeople are informed of all inventory and current advertising efforts
  • Appraise all incoming vehicles
  • Establish and control wholesaling activities
  • Work with General Managers to forecast monthly sales expenses
  • Enhance customer satisfaction during the purchase experience
  • Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop best practices for sales approach
Requirements
  • 2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
  • ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong take charge leadership attitude with a record of team building
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the local market and auctions
