Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of agents within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within your territory.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular business inspections to ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.
  • Ability to work in-office and in the field, with a minimum of 50% of time spent in the field.
