Direct Market Manager

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Louisiana. As the driving force behind our mission to enhance connectivity, your role will focus on enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving significant sales performance in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Marketing Excellence: Apply strategic selling and marketing techniques to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, consistently surpassing sales goals.
- Team Leadership and Growth: Begin as a solo operator with the opportunity to expand your team to up to five members, maintaining responsibility for territory management and team development.
- Strategic Location Identification: Identify and secure optimal Partner locations within Louisiana to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
- Inventory Management: Ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, equipping enrollment specialists for successful subscriber engagements.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, attract, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, providing in-depth training on product knowledge, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Uphold strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.
- Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Operational Coordination: Manage all logistical components of the enrollment process effectively, ensuring seamless execution.
- A self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations and a vision for building their own business.
- Passionate about connecting communities to essential Lifeline and ACP services.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the territory of Louisiana.
- Strong understanding of the local area for strategic partner location scouting.
- Proven leadership in managing and motivating teams.
- Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
- Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
