Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery.

Salary
$68.67 - $103.01 per hour

Job Summary
The Nurse Manager is accountable for the coordination of activities on the nursing unit, with responsibility for results including costs, methods, and staffing for 24-hour nursing operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise personnel, manage staff performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate work performance and conduct annual performance assessments.
• Assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives for the department and identify issues that affect goal achievement.
• Manage staffing levels to provide optimum patient care within available resources.
• Maintain a collaborative working relationship with other departments and divisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of related nursing experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
