Be the Face of Our Retail Boutique

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our retail boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and providing an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee. Your knowledge will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers, making them feel valued and eager to return.
  • Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions, showcasing your knowledge.
  • Customer Obsessed: You have a heart for hospitality and working with people. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for everyone.
  • Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
  • Share Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and engage customers by sharing the captivating stories behind our exceptional coffee while offering coffee tastings.
  • Operations and Safety: Maintain a beautiful boutique environment, assisting with shipments, keeping the coffee wall stocked and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.
