Reporting Structure

This role will report to the Manufacturing Operations Team Leader - Industrial / Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination: Direct production activities within the designated cell, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.
  • Production Schedule Oversight: Manage and track schedules to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products comply with quality standards and specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, providing necessary guidance and training.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.

Work Environment

Factory setting with strict adherence to safety regulations.

Work Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts designed to promote work-life balance.
