About the Role:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist at LMC Corporation is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's accounts receivable function to ensure timely payment from clients. This includes maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices, conducting regular follow-ups, and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize cash flow disruptions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  2. Track and manage incoming payments, applying them to the appropriate accounts and reconciling any discrepancies.
  3. Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment reminders.
  4. Analyze and report on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection activities.
  5. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to company policies and legal requirements related to billing and collections.

What We Offer:
LMC Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a focus on customer service.
