Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
LPC Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and check requests
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
