Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with substantial experience in the architectural graphics or signage sector. The successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.

  • Oversee all stages of project development from inception to delivery.
    Formulate project strategies, encompassing timelines, budgets, resource distribution, and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including design, production, and installation, to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with the end results.
  • Manage the quality assurance process to confirm that all outputs align with company standards and client expectations.
  • Track project advancement and implement modifications as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Compile and present regular updates on project status to management and clients.
    Maintain project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and final reports.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the architectural graphics and signage domain.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Illustrator and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of ADA industry standards and best practices.
