Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our front desk operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues to ensure a memorable stay.

Compensation:

$13 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all hotel guest accounts
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are prepared for incoming guests
  • Welcome and register guests, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, provide room keys, and process payment information
  • Manage incoming calls and booking requests, providing information on room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Proficient in handling phone communications and managing high-pressure situations
  • Preferred 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
