Customer Service Representative

Overview:
Enterprise Mobility, a leading provider of car rental services, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Assistance Representative Sr to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support internal and external customers, and contribute to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email support.
- Assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including callback management and A/Rs.
- Meet and greet customers, provide directions, and offer general assistance.
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
- Effectively market the company and promote our services to customers.
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
- Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
- Perform administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, and supply maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
