We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee the pediatric respiratory therapy team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year in a leadership role and two years of recent clinical experience in pediatric acute care settings. This is a salaried position with variable shifts tailored to departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage clinical operations by planning, monitoring, and guiding the respiratory care team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives while fostering patient satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Oversee scheduling for respiratory care staff, ensuring timely adjustments based on patient volume and departmental needs.
- Critical Analysis: Evaluate critical situations, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating leadership skills that promote trust and credibility among team members.
