Job Opportunity: Commercial Equipment Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our client's product line to customers, selling products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our client's product line to customers on-site and within the community
  • Sell products and services following pricing strategy consistent with company policy
  • Conduct prospecting and follow-ups with customers in a timely fashion
  • Stay up-to-date on new equipment features and keep management advised of any corrections to new and used equipment lists
  • Work closely with store staff and collaborate with GM as well as other sales team members during the sales process
Requirements:
  • 2 or 4-year business-related degree preferred or minimum 3 years of Ag Equipment sales experience
  • Success selling new or used Ag Spray Equipment beneficial
  • Commissioned sales experience a MUST
  • Strong Relationship-Builder
  • Ability to train/educate others on operation of equipment as well as demonstrating value-added sales techniques and models
  • Solid computer skills, highly organized, and an efficient time manager
  • Works well in fast-paced work environments
