Position Overview

We are in search of a qualified Senior Accountant with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with experience in utilizing larger ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quarterly account reconciliations and closing processes to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Analyze general ledger accounts and reconcile store-level financials.
  • Assist with fixed asset reconciliation and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Prepare and input general ledger journal entries.
  • File sales tax returns and compile compliance reports for banking.
  • Facilitate external and internal audits by preparing necessary reports and workpapers.
  • Investigate accounting data to respond to financial inquiries.
  • Collaborate with tax authorities for return preparation.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as required.
  • Support the quarterly inventory process.
