Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team at Williams Lea in Irvine, CA. As an Office Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing daily back office services to our clients and teams, including reprographics, mail services, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize logs and job tickets to track and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform reprographics, mail, and intake functions according to established procedures.
  • Communicate with supervisors and clients on job or deadline issues.
  • Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering work.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of office services experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
  • Skilled in mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment.
  • Familiar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a professional work environment with a maximum of 24/7 operations. Ability to work overtime as needed and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
