Senior Acquisition Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to join our team at Alexandria Insights. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will provide critical support to our customers in Stafford, VA, and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Program Managers to develop and maintain close relationships with government customers, ensuring effective coordination of priorities and timely resolution of challenges.
- Conduct thorough assessments of programs, creating POA&M and Program Management Plans to drive success.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, utilizing One Pager software to produce high-quality reporting.
- Provide weekly situational reports to Program Managers, leveraging Integrated Master Schedules to inform task distribution and ensure program milestones are met.
- Perform schedule critical path analysis, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Develop and revise acquisition documentation, including reports, briefs, and documentation to support Program Management Reviews, Risk Management Boards, and Milestone Decisions.
- Assist Program Managers in developing Acquisition Strategies and Acquisition Plans, as well as contract-related documents such as Statements of Work, CDRLs, and Task Books.
- Lead cross-discipline teams, demonstrating leadership by example and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level personnel, promoting team building and personnel development.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and schedules of senior staff, ensuring seamless execution of program activities.
- Cultivate creative problem-solving skills to drive program success.
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in the Government Acquisition Lifecycle environment.
- DAU Program Management "Practitioner" - "Advanced" equivalency, former DAWIA Level II Certification, or equivalent training in the Acquisition/Program Management field is highly desirable.
- Experience with Marine Corps acquisition programs is strongly preferred.
- Excellent people and soft skills are essential for success in this role.
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with direct reports, customers, and management.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed to drive team success.
- A commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in all aspects of program management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and non-Government players.
- Able to motivate and supervise personnel across a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
- A strong sense of integrity and respect for all employees.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office and Project skills are required.
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000
