Job OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY

SUPER73 is on the lookout for a dynamic Showroom Sales Representative to enhance our expanding sales efforts. This individual will elevate the customer journey by delivering comprehensive educational sessions to both new and existing clients, primarily in our showroom, via phone, and through email communication. The Showroom Sales Representative collaborates with Sales and Customer Service teams to foster client loyalty, referrals, and retention. We are poised for remarkable growth, and we seek someone who can maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish new connections with clients, ensuring they understand the essence of Super73 and our brand values.
  • Engage customers with an enthusiastic and inviting demeanor during in-person interactions.
  • Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Schedule and conduct demonstration rides and address bike servicing requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal customer service and technical teams to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Contribute to team discussions by offering valuable insights and proactive suggestions for enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal customer service team to support overall objectives.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Engage in proactive initiatives to meet both individual and organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during customer test rides to guarantee a secure and enjoyable experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A collaborative and positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and reporting functionalities.
  • At least two years of experience in sales support or customer service roles.
  • Experience in action sports, traditional sports, or the fashion industry is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of bicycles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to attend and support company events as required.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Physical capability to handle and operate bikes weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.50 to $16.00, plus commission, reflecting the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications.
