Position Overview

Compensation: The compensation range for this role is set between $60,000 and $88,000 USD annually. We are currently looking for a proactive and collaborative professional to take on the role of Program Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with operations and IT to identify, document, and implement process improvements.
  • Support IT initiatives by developing requirements for enhanced system functionalities.
  • Assist management in establishing performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and atypical situations that may require special procedures.
  • Manage competing priorities while supporting various process owners.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations regarding program payments, including rules, eligibility designations, and FCC orders.
  • Conduct audit research as needed.
  • Provide assistance to Senior Managers, Directors, and others on various projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment, playing a crucial role in the success of the Schools and Libraries Department.

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training is required; two years of relevant professional experience may substitute for one year of education.
  • Three to four years of directly related professional experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in audit response functions or financial systems, is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex tasks and setting priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, exercising sound judgment and initiative as necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities are essential.
