Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Manager who possesses technical expertise in repairing smartphones, tablets, and computers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with component repairs across major brands, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery swaps, and more. Proficiency in working with devices from Apple, Samsung, HTC, and Motorola is highly desirable. Candidates with soldering experience are encouraged to highlight their skills in their application.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role and technical repair position.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • A collaborative spirit, a positive attitude, and a willingness to expand knowledge in advanced repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries regarding repairs.
  • Conduct diagnostics and repairs on cellular devices, computers, and gaming systems.
  • Maintain precise inventory records for parts and accessories.
