Job Summary

We're seeking a business leader to connect our store teams with the resources and tools they need to succeed. As a Retail Regional Manager, you'll supervise stores across your region, ensuring that all leaders are set up for success by setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, and identifying growth opportunities. What We Offer

We're committed to providing a total rewards package that includes compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. Our salary range is $115,000 - $122,000 annually, and this role is eligible to participate in our Annual Company Performance Incentive Bonus Plan. We also offer equity grants, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off programs.
