- People Management: Assist with payroll, scheduling, interviewing, and training, and develop Chocolateers using coaching and mentoring practices.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: One or more years of related experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment, with six or more months as a supervisor preferred.
- Skills: Clear communication, team-building, time management, and evidence-based business forecasting.
- Rare to occasional ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel to various locations across the country.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr + Tips
