Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at EVS Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or retail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
