Regional Sales Manager Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western United States. As a reputable provider of custom power solutions, we've been serving organizations with seamless backup power needs for over 60 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales teams and representatives in the Western region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Compensation Package

The total compensation package is estimated at $140,000 in the first year, comprising a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 and an annual bonus of approximately $25,000, based on individual performance.

This is a full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits, expense accounts, and a vehicle program.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Able to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Strong background in complex sales cycles
  • Prior experience in power and energy is a plus but not mandatory
