Western Regional Sales Manager

We're looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Western United States. As a reputable provider of custom power solutions, we've been serving organizations with seamless backup power needs for over 60 years.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales teams and representatives in the Western region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
The total compensation package is estimated at $140,000 in the first year, comprising a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 and an annual bonus of approximately $25,000, based on individual performance.
This is a full-time W2 position with comprehensive benefits, expense accounts, and a vehicle program.
Requirements and Qualifications- At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably mechanical or electrical engineering
- Able to travel at least 50% of the time
- Strong background in complex sales cycles
- Prior experience in power and energy is a plus but not mandatory
