Position Overview:

The Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to enhance the design, development, and upkeep of our products. This position involves coordinating installation processes effectively.

  • Provides support to sales teams, field personnel, and clients by delivering technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Engages in data analysis to assess the viability of product proposals and may be tasked with integrating initial orders and prototypes.
  • Addresses all technical and procedural challenges, documenting the build process while training production teams on client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Works closely with clients and technical teams to clarify and resolve issues, preparing or overseeing the creation of product system layouts.
  • Reviews modification requests, assesses their impact, and outlines implementation schedules.
  • May execute engineering change orders (ECO) to documentation and production workflows.
  • Communicates engineering change notifications (ECN) to production, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Identifies and engages in opportunities to enhance processes and procedures, focusing on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Possesses foundational knowledge of technical principles, concepts, and standards acquired through academic training or relevant professional experience.

  • Capable of working autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with management and project leaders.
  • 2-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
