  • Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering proactive solutions that drive their success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years in relevant IT fields with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, server administration, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and take ownership of outcomes.
