Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Practice Support Associate. As a key member of our clinical operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative support of our clinical offices, physicians, and operational workflow functions.

Our Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare environment, administrative experience, and basic knowledge of medical terminology. You should also have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The Role
As a Practice Support Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving unread and call back exams reports, coordinating and monitoring Clinical Facility Maintenance Requests, daily monitoring of fax queues and error logs, handling physician correspondence and various radiology report distributions, and point of contact for radiologists for variety of clinical and operational needs. You will also be responsible for requesting outside radiology exams as directed, monitoring and ensuring all radiology appointments are properly scheduled to maximize efficiency, correlating technologists' schedules with appointment templates, various reporting responsibilities, and ad hoc requests.

Benefits and Compensation
Advanced Radiology Consultants offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, prescription plan, HSA with matching employer contribution, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) plan, and profit sharing with employer contribution. You will also receive paid holidays and generous paid time off.
