1. Manage the comprehensive operations of Clean Earth’s Northeastern Beneficial Use Facilities, ensuring effective approval, receipt, delivery, and placement operations while maintaining equipment and staff utilization.
2. Supervise all operational and maintenance activities across project sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees at all levels, vendors, regulatory agency representatives, and community members to foster strong relationships.
4. Lead a diverse team of supervisors and facility processing personnel, including laborers, scale operators, and administrative staff, while overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Partner with the safety team to promote a secure and healthy work environment, emphasizing continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
6. Prepare and present reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Ensure compliance with all operational activities according to established plans, specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
