Speech Therapist, Short Hour, Outpatient

As a Speech Therapist with Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in providing diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders to patients in an outpatient setting. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for adult and pediatric populations.
- Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments.
- Advise physicians and patients on disorders and develop treatment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship.
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (California).
- Basic Life Support certification.
- National Provider Identifier.
- Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
