Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Ryan Charlon - State Farm Agent. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and educating them about insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance license thru the CA Dept of Insurance
