About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Jobot. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems within our construction projects.

Job Details
  • Design and implement mechanical systems for construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 3D models and blueprints of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct load calculations to ensure that mechanical systems are designed and installed correctly.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, boilers, and compressors.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that all mechanical systems are integrated seamlessly into construction projects.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of mechanical systems to ensure that they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and construction technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
  • Experience with load calculations and the design and installation of mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, and compressors.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to industry regulations.
